Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

1-Delayed Document Delivery:

If we are unable to deliver the documents within the committed timeframes:
12-24 hours for normal delivery.
6-8 hours for urgent delivery.

2-Errors on Our Part:

If we make a mistake in your reservation, we will attempt to correct it as soon as possible. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund will be issued.
Order Cancellation:

If you cancel your order before delivery for a valid reason, a 30% service fee will be deducted, and 70% of the total cost will be refunded to your associated card within 5- 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

1-Changes After Document Delivery:

If you request changes or modifications to the provided routes or dates (flight/hotel details) after the documents have been delivered. Airlines typically do not allow modifications to existing reservations, requiring a new order to be placed.

2-Lack of Instructions or Incorrect Details:

If your requested changes, modifications, or corrections were not mentioned in the order form at the time of placement. Once the documents are delivered, and changes are deemed impossible, a refund will not be provided.

3-Reservation Cancellation:

If you request a refund for a canceled reservation, ensure it complies with the FAQs validation time guidelines. Refunds are not available if our policies were followed.

4-Unused Documents:

Refunds are not issued if you did not use the provided documents.

Travel Insurance Refunds:

Travel insurance refunds are only available if requested at least 10 days before the trip start date. After the trip’s effective start date, refunds are not possible due to insurance company policies. If eligible, we will deduct 25% of the insurance cost as service, merchant, and insurance company fees, and refund the remainder to your associated card or PayPal account within 7-8 business days.

Amendments After Five Days:

No refunds will be issued for amendments requested more than five days after the
delivery of your documents.

Visa Refusal:

Refunds will not be provided if your visa is refused unless you can present sufficient proof that the refusal was due to our documents or services. This must include a written letter from the embassy specifying the reason for denial.

Early Document Receipt:

Refunds are not available if you received the documents early but did not notify us of any issues promptly.
